pokemon ruby is a game that has groundon, latios, raquaza, regi rock,regi steel, regi ice, metagross, glalie, and the
three starter pokemon. (torchick, mudkip, and trecko).

when you first start the game you have to go across the grass from the begining of your house to may's house or seth's
house and then (s)he says "i have to go help my dad catch some pokemon on route 103."then you go up to the top of the screen
and help professor birch by picking one of three pokemon. here's a tip don't pick treeko unless you know how to train pokemon
really well because grass type (treeko) is weak to fire type(torchick). then when you picked your pokemon you have to
battle a pokemon that is attacking proff. birch. then proff. birch says something about going to route103 and you have to
battle may or seth. when you beat may or seth proff. birch gives you a pokedex which you can use to see all the pokemon you
own and saw.

then just as you begin your pokemon adventure your mom stops you and gives you a pair of running
shoes(hold in B an walk) then your off to catch and explore however you want. then you have to go to petalburgh to meet
your dad at his gym and then he says that you have to beat 4 other gyms to be strong enough to face him (trust me he'd
crush you without cheats) so then your off to rustborough to face the 1st gym leader (try to catch some water pokemon because
she uses rock type pokemon). then let the battle begin her first pokemon is a geodude and her second is a nosepass so thats
why you want to use water pokemon. then when you leave the gym and go up you have to go into a cave where team magma
went into with the devan goods and a wingull so when you battle him and win the sailer mr. briany (i think thats his name)
says that you can ride his boat any time (but you can't after you can use the HM Surf) so then the devan worker gives you
another great ball and he takes you to the deven place and lets you meet pres. stone. then he gives you a pokenav which lets
you see the Hoen map any time you want and he gives you a letter to steven and asks you to deliver the deven goods.
